I have been involved with the fitness industry
as a whole since 1988 and within my career I have been a
fitness instructor,
an
aerobics instructor, personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder.
My most recent success has been a first place finish at the
Great British Finals held in Cambridge and I am now sponsored
by one
of the world's leading supplement companies, Maxi-muscle.
With the knowledge and experiences I have gained in training,
nutrition and supplementation through the last 12 years I now
