Tess has been actively involved in Toning Table studios and a ladies gym since 1995.
She originally got introduced to Toning Tables in 1994, having hurt her own back, and has proved the physical benefits of using them, having greatly improved her own mobility and flexibility, plus inch loss.
Tess is an enthusiastic and dedicated worker and enjoys motivating and caring for ladies of all ages, abilities and disabilities. She is one of our mature and noisier members of staff and has a good sense of humour and likes to promote and encourage a friendly and fun environment, helping clients to achieve their goals.
